Short Term Stay Pricing:
  • Daily Rate - $175
  • Weekly Rate (7 days) - $900
  • Monthly Rate (30 days) - $3000
  • 7-30 Days Rate - The weekly rate of $900 plus an additional $100 per day
  • Over 30 Days Rate - The 30 Day Rate of $3,000 plus an additional $100 per day


Payment is due upfront for shorter stays and for longer stays payment is due weekly.  Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Personal Checks are accepted as payments.  State and Local taxes apply.
