Yes!  Pets are allowed. 

Vance Avenue Apartments is a pet-friendly rental that will allow up to two pets.  We do not charge extra per night for the inclusion of pets.  In the event a pet has caused damage or the room requires a deep cleaning due to the pet’s presence, a Pet Sanitation Fee of $200.00 (USD) fee or damage repair costs will assessed to the guest’s account.  There are no deposits, charges or penalties for service animals.
